Visa To China Vacation currently handles tourist visas for Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and other Schengen countries (with a free European local internet card).

Our service fee is 300 Canadian dollars, including filling out forms, making appointments, taking photos, and preparing materials (excluding visa fees).

Special note: Canadian citizens can get an interview within 90 days, but Maple Card holders and international students need to apply for a Schengen visa. The interview appointment time is very tight, so please contact us three months in advance. Visa time: It usually takes 5-10 working days to get a visa.

Information required from customers:

• About the passport

1、Copy of passport front page；

2、Valid for at least 6 months after the trip；

3、At least 1 blank visa page is left, excluding the remarks page；

4、Must be signed in Chinese (not in pencil, only for Chinese passports)；

• About Others

1. International students need to provide proof of enrollment and transcripts.

2. Employees need to provide a copy of their work permit and employer offer.

3. Bank deposit certificate (CAD8000 or more);

4. Travel insurance ($50,000) confirmation letter and copy

5. Travel itinerary certificate and air ticket (booking certificate)

• About the photo

1. One (3.5 cm x 4.0 cm) color photo with white background taken within the last 6 months (write your name in pencil on the back of the photo);

2. The entire face, neck, and shoulders must be included; if wearing glasses, there must be no reflections.

3. No visual effects caused by digital processing, enhancement, retouching, granulation, or compression are allowed. Note: An electronic version of the photo that meets the above requirements (height x width: minimum 600×600 pixels, maximum 1200×1200 pixels, JPG format) can be used instead.

1. Applicants must fill in the form information you submit honestly, seriously, and carefully. If the form is filled out falsely, omitted or unclearly, it may result in the rejection of the visa application or delay of travel. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant. We are not responsible for verifying your information. Please be sure to fill in your personal information, such as your stay time, to ensure that there are no errors or omissions in the information. Our company is not responsible for delays or visa rejections caused by incomplete information or other reasons. During the visa application process, our company may require additional materials or persuade you to withdraw according to your materials. The consulate may also require additional materials or extend the visa processing time according to your actual situation (this situation is decided by the consulate and our company cannot intervene). The consulate may also delay the issuance of visas due to internal reasons. The relevant acceptance time information of our company is for reference only and is not a legal commitment.

The working days required for the embassy to process a visa refer to the time when your passport enters the embassy for visa processing, which does not include the time for express delivery and possible delays in transit. It is recommended that you apply for a visa as early as possible to avoid delaying your trip; the visa validity period and number of days published on the visa information are for reference only and not any legal commitment. Everything is based on the content of the visa issued by the visa officer. Please choose a travel date within the validity period of the visa in the country where the visa is located.

We will make an appointment for you for a visa interview. If you have any requirements for the interview time, please inform us in advance. If the consulate has corresponding quotas, we will try our best to meet your requirements, but the specific appointment time is still subject to the consulate. Once the appointment is successful, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and you must attend the interview; if you need to select a designated date, an additional fee will be charged (_ visa designated service additional fee is CAD____). Our company shall handle non-legal commitments on behalf of the relevant acceptance requirements. If the designated date cannot be selected, the additional service fee will not be refunded.

Please do not pay for air tickets and hotels before you get a visa, so as to avoid losses due to visa issues. Otherwise, the losses will be borne by you. If you provide air tickets and hotel reservations for visa applications, please do not cancel the reservations before obtaining the visa, otherwise, it may affect the visa results.

Consulate regulations: If your itinerary includes other Schengen countries, you need to apply for a visa to the country with the longest stay (for example, if you stay in France for 5 nights, Italy for 4 nights, and Spain for 6 nights, you need to apply for a Spanish visa); if the number of nights in each country is the same, you need to apply for a visa to the country you enter first; please choose the correct visa type according to the main purpose of your trip. Please note that choosing the wrong visa type will increase the risk of visa rejection.

The application fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is successful ( visa agency fee is CAD____); if you designate our company to be responsible for issuing, collecting, and forwarding relevant documents and application materials, our office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Please be sure to call us to confirm your information and agree on the time to collect the certificate before coming. You can provide your own prepaid return envelope, and we will use the envelope you provide to send your passport back, and we will not charge return shipping fees. We use FedEx or a first-class mailing company to send your passport back. Any delay or loss during the mailing process is not related to our company.
