Japan’s 10-year multiple-entry visa is about to be launched

We will travel to and from the Japanese Consulate in Calgary every Wednesday in 2025 (sometimes it may be cancelled or postponed in advance due to holidays, please confirm with us before making a reservation).

We will send you to the Japanese Consulate in the morning, and take you to lunch after the interview. We will return to Edmonton around 5 pm on the same day. Seats are tight, so please make a reservation at least one week in advance. (The following prices do not include GST).

We offer four types of services for Japanese visas (Packages 1 and 2 come with a Japanese internet card).

We provide technical support for the difficulties you encounter in the online application and form-filling process, priced at 100 CAD.

One-stop package: including appointment application, online form filling, material preparation, photo, return envelope, round-trip car and lunch, price 350 CAD (excluding visa fee).

Appointment application, online form filling, material preparation, photo, return envelope, price 200 CAD single entry/250 CAD multiple entry (excluding visa fee).

Round-trip car and lunch for the Japanese Consulate, price 120 CAD
