Temporary Residents: Requirements for foreign visitors who intend to enter Mexico and stay as temporary residents for more than 180 days and not more than 4 years. Original and copy of investment receipt or bank statement showing an average monthly balance of CAD$102,671.00 for the last twelve months; or Original and copy of document proving that the applicant has been employed or receives a pension and has a tax-free monthly income of more than CAD$6,160.00 for the last six months.
Permanent residents: If you are a retiree or pensioner, you need to provide original and photocopy of investment receipts or bank account statements showing an average monthly balance equivalent to CAD$410,685.00 over the past twelve months, or original and photocopy of proof that your monthly tax-free pension income exceeded CAD$10,267.00 over the past six months.

Package 1: 1000 Canadian dollars service fee, including filling out forms, taking photos, making appointments, preparing materials, interview coaching, excluding Mexican government fees and GST.
Package 2: 3000 Canadian dollars service fee, including filling out forms, taking photos, making appointments, preparing materials, interview coaching, interview car, Mexico landing escort, Spanish translation, excluding Mexican government fees, GST, Mexico-incurred air tickets, hotels, and local transportation costs.
