Complete the visa application form on<strong> the Calgary Visa Center website<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visaforchina.cn\/#\/nav\/quickSelection?visacenterCode=YYC2&amp;request_locale=zh_CN&amp;site_alias=YYC2_ZH&amp;isAuthentication=N\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fill in the form online<\/a>, Complete the visa application form on the Calgary Visa Center website: fill in all the items that can be filled in, do not omit anything, do not write by hand, fill in and print and sign. The visa period is generally one year less than the passport validity period (currently, the maximum stay is 180 days).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2. One electronic color photo of yourself taken within the past six months, with no hat or headgear\uff08<a href=\"http:\/\/ca.china-embassy.org\/chn\/lsyw\/hzqz\/bzxz\/P020161124215320014776.jpg\">Chinese visa photo requirements<\/a>). Both electronic and paper photos are required. Upload it when filling out the application form. It must be clear, with a white or light-colored background and no shadows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3. Original Canadian passport and photo page copy. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months (the passport should be valid for longer than the corresponding visa plus the number of days of stay), with enough blank visa pages. If there is a record of the last Chinese visa in the passport, a copy of the photo page of the old Canadian passport and the most recent visa page is also required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">4. Chinese born in mainland China who are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time are also required to provide the original Chinese passport and two copies of the photo page, and sign and date them on the last page of the visa materials. If there is a gap between the Canadian passport issuance date and the Chinese passport expiration date, you will also need to provide a copy of the front and back of your citizenship card and fill in a disclaimer. Applicants born in Xinjiang or Tibet need to write a resume and indicate their ethnicity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">5. For a family visit visa, you need a clear copy of the invitation letter and the front and back of the inviter&#8217;s valid ID card. For a business visa, you need a business invitation letter (with the seal of the Chinese company and the signature of the legal person). Fill in this invitation letter template and the template on the Calgary Visa Center website. The visa center will not accept other templates. The relationship between the two parties must be clearly stated in it, and the inviter must sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Applicants under the age of 18 (including Chinese and Canadians) are required to provide a copy of their birth certificate, copies of their parents&#8217; current passports, and their parents&#8217; status in Canada at the time of birth (original and front and back copies of Maple Card, landing paper, naturalization certificate, work permit, study permit). If both parents are Canadian citizens or at least one is a permanent resident at the time of birth, you can apply for a Chinese visa. You need to fill out the declaration (template download <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.visaforchina.cn\/YYC2_ZH\/upload\/file\/20240705\/%E7%AD%BE%E8%AF%81%E4%B8%AD%E5%BF%83%20%E5%A3%B0%E6%98%8E%E4%B9%A6%200626.doc\">letter of consent.doc<\/a><\/strong>), please copy it on the same sheet of paper. <strong>* Parents&#8217; names are required on the birth certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If both parents only hold work visas or study visas at the time of birth and have never applied for a visa, they need to bring the applicant to our company to apply for a travel permit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">For details on travel permits, please refer to Consular Affairs: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visatochina.ca\/index.php?c=content&amp;a=show&amp;id=93\">http:\/\/www.visatochina.ca\/index.php?c=content&amp;a=show&amp;id=93<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">7.
